I can describe applications for Group 0 elements and explain how their properties are determined by their electronic structure.

Group 0 elements are called noble gases (or inert gases) and are very unreactive with other elements.
Group 0 elements can be described as having either full or empty outer electron shells.
Moving down Group 0 elements density and boiling points increase.
Noble gases emit coloured light when a high voltage is applied across them, and they do not decompose.
