I can describe the differences between image types and use software to create a digital graphic.

The two main types of digital graphics are called raster and vector.
Raster and bitmap are interchangeable terms used for the same type of image.
Lossy means quality is lost if the image is resized.
Lossless means no quality is lost when resized.
