Rhythm is the beat, flow, or pattern of a piece of music or writing. Writers create rhythm by using a variety of sentence types and punctuation. Fronted adverbials are words or phrases at the beginning of a sentence which describe the action that follows. Fronted adverbials can help organise writing by explaining how, when or why something happens. Fronted adverbials can help create tension.
