Show transcript
Re-reading what has been written so far will help to know what instruction will come next. Each instruction should be numbered followed by sequencing language, such as ‘4. Finally,’. Each instruction should include a verb to tell the reader what they should be doing. Command sentences in non-urgent instruction pages start with a capital letter and end with a full stop. Reading your writing back and checking the success criteria helps to check that our writing makes sense
