Show transcript
It is important to be clear about the form, purpose and audience of a non fiction text. We can use the title and context to determine a text’s form, purpose and audience. Identifying the language used in the opening of the text can also help us identify the form, purpose and audience. We should look to see if the language used is formal or informal and identify the tone being used.
