A pantoum is a form of poetry that originated in Malaysia. Pantoums are characterised by their repeating lines and overlapping structure. When editing pantoums, we can consider line length, use of rhyme and language choices. Editing word choices and phrases can help to improve the imagery and impression created by our poems. Reading your poem aloud will help you to revise and refine it.
