Show transcript
The more precise and descriptive the writing, the easier for the reader to picture the scene. Reading writing aloud is a helpful way to ensure precision of language choices and focus on vivid details. Identifying the key elements such as colours, shapes, textures and emotions conveyed in the text is important. Careful and detailed illustrations can match the writer's writing. Illustrations can help bring writing to life and allow the reader to picture the descriptions even more.
