The SSC [i] is pronounced as in 'midi'.
Numbers 21 and 31 are different to other two digit numbers in French, they include an 'et': vingt-et-un, trente-et-un
Months of the year are cognates. Unlike in English, months of the year do not use capital letters in French.
When saying your birthday in French, the number always comes before the month: c'est le trois avril.
'Quand' means 'when'. When giving your birthday, use 'le' before the number to say (on) the: c'est le trois avril.
