Many French words containing [qu] are cognates. English words ending in -c, -k and -cal often change to -que in French.
When learning a foreign language it is important to practise vocabulary 'little and often' to strengthen knowledge.
Sentences can be made negative by adding 'ne ... pas' around the main verb.
In sentences with two verbs, 'ne ... pas' goes around the first verb (in its short form).
To express future plans we use 'aller' + infinitive, in this case 'ne...pas' would surround the form of 'aller' used.
