I can use direct and indirect objects in the context of visiting friends and family and exploring routines and customs from a range of cultures.

The direct object pronouns are: me, te, le/la/l', nous, vous, les. They precede the verb. The indirect object pronouns met are: me, te, lui, & vous. They replace the indirect receiver of the action of the verb. Indirect object pronouns also precede the verb. Although 'me' and 'te' are both direct and indirect object pronouns, their meanings can be different.
