Show transcript
Consonants such as -s, -t, -x and -d at the end of a word are usually silent in French. To talk about what you can/are able to do, use a form of the verb 'pouvoir'. If modal verbs are followed by another verb, it must be in the infinitive form. When developing a personal response, it's helpful to use reference materials to look up new vocabulary.
