I can understand and form sentences using the plural form of 'avoir' ('nous' and 'vous').

The letter s is normally a silent final consonant. If followed by a word starting with a vowel, the s is not silent.
When followed by a word starting with a vowel, there is a liaison: 'des ordinateurs'.
To refer to the first person plural of the verb 'avoir', we use 'nous avons'.
To refer to the second person plural of the verb 'avoir', we use 'vous avez'.
'Vous avez' and 'nous avons' have a liaison.
