[b] is pronounced like English 'p' when it's the final letter in a word, or followed by a consonant, e.g., 'der Korb'. [b] sounds like English b when it's followed by a vowel, e.g., 'die Körbe'. 'Alle' is a pronoun meaning 'everyone' or 'everybody' and is followed by a plural verb ending -en. 'Jeder' is a pronoun meaning 'everyone' or 'everybody' and is followed by a singular verb ending -t. 'Jed-' is the determiner ‘every’ and its endings match the gender and case of the noun that follows, e.g., 'jedes Kind'.
