Show transcript
The vowels [a], [ä], [o], and [ö] need practice and clarity as an umlaut is often added to form plural nouns.
'You (plural, informal)' is 'ihr' and the verb ending is -t, e.g., 'ihr habt'. The 'ihr' form of 'sein' is 'ihr seid'.
Most verbs take the accusative (direct object) case.
Certain verbs take the dative (indirect object), which often has the meaning of giving something to someone.
