Show transcript
Adverbs follow the order time, manner, place; using TMP with all tenses can work well to describe sequences of events. Any adverb can start a sentence for emphasis. In this case, use word order 2 and order the remaining adverbs using TMP. Use a verb with ‘gern’ to mean ‘like’, ‘lieber’ to mean ‘prefer’ and ‘am liebsten’ to mean ‘most preferably of all’. Use the adverbs gern, lieber, am liebsten to develop and extend opinions on a range of themes.
