Show transcript
A ten-spot token can be used to represent one 10 p coin and has the same value as ten pennies. The total value of a set of 10 p coins can be found by skip counting in tens. Counting backwards can be used to check the set has been counted accurately. Skip counting in tens can only be used to count the complete set, if all the coins are 10 p coins.
