Show transcript
Plants reproduce to make new plants (offspring) in different ways. Flowering plants can reproduce by making seeds, which grow into new plants. Pollination is the transfer of pollen from the anther of one flower to the stigma of another flower. After pollination, pollen travels to the ovary and fertilises the flower. Seed formation happens after fertilisation.
