The verb 'querer' means 'want wanting' and it's used to talk about what things we want. 'Quiero' means 'I want'; 'quieres' means 'you want'; 'quiere' means she, he, it wants'. The verb 'querer' is often followed by an indefinite article 'un/una/unos/unas'.
