I can use 'estoy', 'estás' and 'está' to describe moods and states.

The SSC [e] is pronounced as in 'elefante'. '¿Cómo se dice ...?' means 'How do you say ...?' and can be used to ask for meaning. The verb 'estar' means 'to be, being' and is used for moods and states. 'Estoy', 'estás' and 'está' are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd person singular forms of 'estar'.
