Lesson outcome
I can use indirect object pronouns and body parts to talk about what hurts.
Show transcript
The definite article is used with body parts rather than ‘my’ ‘yours’, ‘his’/’her’, etc.
‘Doler’ (to hurt, to be painful) is very commonly used with an indirect object pronoun.
In sentences with ‘doler’, the subject is the body part(s) so you need to use the correct verb ending for -er verbs.
In a role play, you are expected to say a few words or a short phrase in response to each prompt/bullet.
