Show transcript
'Nada' means 'nothing, anything', 'nadie' means 'nobody, anybody', and 'nunca' means 'never'. When ‘nada’, ‘nadie’ and ‘nunca’ follow a verb, another negative such as ‘no’ must come before the verb. Unlike English, double negative structures in Spanish are widely used in formal and informal language. To conjugate regular -ar verbs in Spanish, take off the infinitive ending and add the approriate verb ending.
