I can use and understand the verb ‘ser’ with nationality adjectives in the context of products and exports from Latin America.

The present indicative forms of ‘ser’ are ‘soy’, ‘eres’, ‘es’, ‘somos’, ‘sois’ and ‘son’.
Adjectives of nationality must agree with the nouns they describe.
Masculine adjectives ending in -o change to -a, -os- or -as depending on the gender and number of the noun.
Masculine adjectives ending in -és change to -esa, -eses or -esas depending on the gender and number of the noun.
