I can use the present and future tenses to write and talk about my Christmas traditions and plans.

To talk about where someone goes or is going (present), use 'voy', 'vas', 'va', 'vamos', 'vais', 'van'.
To talk about what someone is going to do (future plans) use a present tense form of the verb 'ir' + a + infinitive.
One meaning of the word 'para' is 'for'. When used in this way, it is followed by a noun.
Another meaning is 'in order to'. When used in this way, it is followed by an infinitive.
