I can use ‘estáis’ and ‘sois’ to describe moods, states and general traits in the context of sport and health.

A diphthong is created when a strong vowel appears next to a weak vowel, making a single syllable. To mean ‘you (all) are’ for location, state or mood, use ‘estáis’. To mean ‘you (all) are’ for general traits, use ‘sois’.
