I can use 2nd person singular and plural forms of the present continuous in the context of a PE lesson.

A diphthong is a sound formed by the combination of two vowels in one syllable.
To say you (sg) are doing something with an -ar verb, use 'estás' + a verb ending in -ando.
To say you (pl) are doing something with an -ar verb, use 'estáis' + a verb ending in -ando.
