Show transcript
Madrid is the capital of Spain and its largest city. It's famous for its many museums, palaces and parks.
Indefinite pronouns replace a noun in the sentence and match the gender and number of the noun they refer to.
Alguno, alguna, algunos and algunas mean 'some', 'any' or 'a, an' and are used in affirmative sentences and questions.
'Ninguno' and 'ninguna' mean 'none', 'no-one', 'not a single one'; they are always used in the singular form.
Indefinite adjectives and indefinite pronouns are identical apart from the masculine singular form.
