Sound-spelling correspondences can be practised through reading and cultural learning about Lanzarote. 'Querer' means to want, wanting. To say I want, use 'quiero'; you want, use 'quieres'; she, he, it wants, use 'quiere'. To say someone wants to do something, use the correct form of the verb 'querer' and follow with an infinitive. To say I want to do something, use 'quiero' followed by an infinitive. To give an opinion, use 'es' and an adjective.
