I can gain knowledge about hedgehogs to use in a non-chronological report.

Hedgehogs have thousands of spikes on their backs which are called spines. Hedgehogs protect themselves by curling up into a ball with their spines facing out. The name for an animal that tries to eat another animal is predator. The name for an animal that other animals try to eat is prey. Habitat is the name for the place that an animal lives.
