Show transcript
[ail/aill] sounds like 'taille'.
'Dire' has the same ending pattern as sortir/venir, but verbs like 'prendre' are different in the 3rd person singular.
Adjectives usually follow nouns they describe, but BAGS (beauty/age/goodness/size) adjectives come before the noun.
Adjectives agree with the nouns they describe. Irregular adjectives include 'beau/belle' and 'vieux/vieille'.
Regular adjectives need -e in the feminine/-s in the plural forms. Don't add another -e to adjectives already ending -e.
