I can make adjectives agree with nouns and I can form yes/no questions by raising my voice.

When an adjective is feminine, its spelling and sound can change. Usually an 'e' is added.
An 'e' is not added to form a feminine adjective if the masculine adjective already ends in '-e', e.g., 'triste'.
To change a statement into a question, you can raise your voice at the end.
We can use 'oui' (yes) and 'non' (no) to answer questions.
