'Aller' + infinitive is used to say 'going to do', and the simple future is used to say 'will do'.
'Ne … plus' is a negative structure which means 'no longer' or 'not anymore', e.g. 'mon grand-père ne travaille plus'.
When 'plus' is used in a negative sentence, we do not usually hear the 's'.
'Ne … pas encore' means 'not yet' and is used with the perfect tense, e.g. 'je n'ai pas encore fait du ski'.
