Lesson outcome

I can use singular -er present tense verbs to understand and talk about activities.

Show transcript
The sound-symbol correspondence [-ez] and ‘et’, meaning and, sound the same as [é] and [-er]. Verbs in the present tense change ending to match the pronoun: je-e, tu-es, elle, il-e. Endings -e and -es sound the same because of the silent final consonant.
