Show transcript
A single coin can represent the same amount as several one-pennies. The value of a five-pence coin is not related to its size, shape, colour or quantity. A five-pence coin has a value of five-pence or 5 p. The value of a five-pence coin is equal to the value of five one-pence coins. We can represent a five-pence coin as a five-spot token.
