Show transcript
Move: to perform a standing long jump effectively, we bend our knees, drive our legs and swing our arms up.
Move: in standing triple jump, we perform a hop, step, jump in sequence, linking them together smoothly.
Think: when we jump with the correct technique, we are able to jump further and with more control.
Feel: striving to demonstrate resilience by remaining positive in the competition is really important for success.
Connect: being a role model to our partners shows we understand the importance of respect.
