Move: to jump as far as possible we should swing our arms back when crouching and then forwards when we jump. Move: we stand with our feet shoulder width apart, knees bent and drive our legs to generate power and jump further. Think: it is important not to fall backwards when we land, as we measure the jump from the nearest point of landing. Feel: trying different ways to improve our technique to jump further shows excellent resilience and self motivation. Connect: evaluating our partners when jumping, providing them with feedback on their technique helps them jump further.
