Move: a tall body position, with fully extended arms above the head, pushes the ball high onto a shooting arc. Think: rehearsing the stages of shooting, a stable base, extending the arms and a controlled release increases success. Think: the humerus, ulna and radius form the major bones of the arm. Feel: visualising a shot going through the net can help build self-belief. Connect: helping others to be successful requires careful observation and specific feedback.
