Move: passing requires being side on to the target, pushing the ball with the stick's flat side and following through.
Move: receiving requires us to track the ball, adjusting the position of our feet and using a relaxed grip for control.
Think: good decision making helps us select when and where to use a long or short pass in order to keep possession.
Feel: encouraging our teammates when mistakes are made demonstrates excellent integrity and empathy.
Connect: to ensure our teammates are ready to receive the ball, we need to communicate effectively with them.
