Move: sprinting back to the midline quickly increases your chances of evading defenders and gaining the point. Move: using quick, low-reaching actions with your hand or foot allows you tap the defenders and gain 1 point. Think: to score a team must send a player (raider) into the opposing court whilst chanting 'Kabaddi' repeatedly. Feel: confidence comes from experience and layering on the rules gradually. Connect: defenders rely on each other to tackle the raider and prevent a point being scored after a touch is made.
