I can identify the attributes of an effective leader and lead small activities for my peers.

Think: effective leaders have a range of attributes like being fair, communicating clearly, being a positive role model.
Think: to be an effective leader we have to clearly communicate ideas and tactics to our teammates.
Feel: as a leader we must ensure that our team follows the rules demonstrating integrity.
Connect: as a leader, effective communication requires using clear instructions, speaking in a confident positive tone.
