I can apply tactics when fielding to prevent the batter from scoring runs and can take on the role of an umpire.

Move: increasing and decreasing our bowling speed and power makes it difficult for the batter.
Move: it is important to always run to meet the ball when fielding and work with our teammates to outwit the batter.
Think: creating and applying different tactics and working together as fielders can reduce the number of runs scored.
Feel: taking on the role of umpire shows responsibility and an appreciation of the rules.
Connect: encouraging others and making sure everyone is happy and motivated to try their best demonstrates leadership.
