I can use 'estás' and 'está' to ask and answer questions about where someone is.

The sound-symbol correspondences [a] and [u] can be practised with source words 'alto' and 'universo'.
Many city names in the Spanish-speaking world contain the sounds [a] and [u].
'Estás' means you are, 'está' means he, she, it is, when talking about location.
A statement becomes a yes/no question by raising tone of voice at the end.
