Portraits: describe me and my friend

Pablo Picasso was a famous Spanish artist whose portraits show objects and people using geometric shapes. Frida Kahlo was a famous Mexican artist known for painting self-portraits using bright colours. Describing images is an effective way of revising and practising vocabulary. 'Tiene' means 'she, he, it has' and is used with the definite article, nouns and adjectives to describe facial features. 'Hay' means both 'there is' and 'there are'. Sentences with 'hay' usually start with or contain 'en'.
