6 lessons- Locomotion: can you create a range of movements?
- Locomotion: can you move your body with control when you run?
- Locomotion: can you balance on different body parts and hold them still?
- Locomotion: can you move your body with control when you jump?
- Locomotion: can you move using high and low movements?
- Locomotion: can you link a set of balances together to create a short sequence?
