I can send and receive the ball whilst applying the footwork rule.

Move: throwing and catching with control requires balance to securely ground a landing foot.
Think: the landing foot is used to pivot around and to direct the body to open up space.
Think: the tarsals and metatarsals are located in the foot.
Feel: asking for the ball in space and in good time requires confidence.
Connect: sending and receiving the ball requires awareness of where the feeder is.
