I can shoot on target and rebound my opponents shots to deny them a point.

Move: a combination of power and accuracy is achieved with a strong and precise throw.
Think: a jump shot that lands in the forbidden zone is illegal.
Think: the force exerted by the ball into the rebound net triggers an equal and opposite force back on the ball.
Feel: throwing the ball at maximum speed against the rebound net is great for stress relief.
Connect: team spirit is created by fostering an environment where team members share ideas and support one another.
