Move: wicket keepers need to position themselves crouched low and ready to move quickly and catch. Think: wicket keeping is a high pressure role in which you must focus fully on every ball. Think: deep breathing or counting to 10 are methods of controlling emotions and keeping at your best under pressure. Feel: joy and sadness are to be expected when winning or losing in a game, but understand it does not define you. Connect: when others have won or lost, it is important to show empathy to all involved.
