Move: quality sequences are performed silently, with pointed fingers and toes, control, flow and a range of apparatus. Move: quality balances are held still at the end of the sequence and performed using a range of different body parts. Think: making decisions about the best apparatus to use to allow for flow shows imagination and reflection. Feel: consistently trying our hardest when creating our sequences shows courage, which helps us to continually improve. Connect: showing empathy means providing and listening to thoughtful encouragement to help each other try new ideas.
