I can plan the hunting section of a non-chronological report about Portia spiders.
Muuji qoraalka
The purpose of the section is to inform the reader of a Portia spider's hunting style and diet.
Portia spiders hunt in two ways: abseiling and attacking their prey and plucking the web to imitate a trapped spider.
Precise, factual verbs are needed to accurately describe the way the spider hunts its prey.
Notes are taken out of full sentences and they capture the most important facts for writing.
A subheading is useful to organise notes in a plan.
