Move: jumping requires bent knees when we take off and land, and swinging our arms up and down again when landing.
Move: rolling requires us to completely rotate the body and roll over forward, sideways or backwards with good control.
Think: Imagination enables us to try different ways of linking jumps, rolls and balances with flow.
Feel: trying out new ideas and encouraging others to perform new moves demonstrates courage.
