The singular forms of the verb 'avoir' are 'jai' (I have), 'tu as' (you have), 'il a' (he has) and 'elle a' (she has).
To change a statement into a yes/no question you raise your voice at the end; this is called intonation.
There is no word for 'do' or 'does' in French intonation questions.
